Manhattan Residential Apartment Sales | July 13 -19, 2025

Last week, Manhattan recorded nearly $510 million in apartment closings across 259 sales, including four deals above $10 million. Top transactions spanned a variety of prime locations, from the Upper East Side’s Gold Coast to the Hudson River waterfront in Tribeca.

As new development inventory continues to thin, resales held strong among the top 20 sales, with just four sponsor units making the list.
