Median household income data is actually 2019. This 2010 census tract split into three tracts for the 2020 census because of its growth, and it was impossible to compare one tract’s median income to three. Averaging three tract’s median could present a biased estimate. To make comparison more reliable, we compare the 2010 and 2019 American Community Survey 5-year data.
