Pelican: what Planet promised in 2022 and what is flying

April 2022 Pelican specification vs. the constellation in orbit on October 2, 2026.

2022 wording is 'up to' for count, resolution and revisit. Planet's 10-K and 10-Q filings never claim better than 50 cm; 30 cm appears in press releases, including two furnished earnings releases, as a design goal. Revisit is a Shawarma Capital orbit calculation.
