NOTES: Figure represents the number of students aged 3 to 22 who have individualized education plans (IEPs) by disability type. "Other health impairment" means having limited strength, vitality or alertness, due to chronic or acute health problems (e.g., attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, asthma, epilepsy, diabetes) that adversely affect educational performance. "Other disabilities" represent the least frequent disability types: deaf blindedness, hearing impairment, established medical disability, hard of hearing, multiple disabilities, orthopedic health impairment, traumatic brain injury, and visual impairment.
