'Firms offering health benefits' refers to employers who sponsor a group health benefit in addition to ICHRA. In 2025, 59% of firms with between 10-199 workers offered health insurance to at least some employees.
Funds may be provided through an ICHRA or QSEHRA. An Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) allows employers to reimburse their employees tax-free for premiums, cost-sharing as well as some other health services and equipment.
