The Manhattan residential market recorded 282 arm’s-length apartment closings over Thanksgiving week, including 34 super-luxury sales above $4 million. West Chelsea logged the week’s highest sale at Zaha Hadid’s 520 West 28th Street and many of the highest price-per-square-foot closings in new developments such as The Cortland and One High Line.
