Major snowfall in the Boston area

The number of days that each winter season since 1989-90 saw a major snowfall, defined as 6 inches or more accumulation, from December through March.

Each year represents the end of that winter season (i.e., 2023 covers Dec. 1, 2022 - March 31, 2023). Nine seasons recorded no major snowfalls.
