Systema asked 42 experts -- political scientists, sociologists, and political journalists – from Russia, the United States, and Europe: "Who will come after Putin?" There are two scenarios: Either Putin himself appoints a successor or Putin exits the scene for some reason (becomes ill, dies, steps down) and a successor is chosen through a consensus of elite groups. So, who has the best chances in each case?
