Property tax cut favors areas most opposed to casino

In precincts opposed to the casino, homeowners stand to save about $90 a year in property taxes, more than twice as much as homeowners in areas that supported the casino, according to a Richmond Times-Dispatch analysis of property assessments and vote results.
