What does the federal government need to do to serve the public good?

Note: This is a representation of an analysis of the relationship between perceptions of the federal government’s performance on these nine items and perceptions of the federal government’s “leadership for the public good”. A score greater than zero indicates the item is positively associated with leadership for the public good. The higher the score, the stronger the relationship. A score of zero indicates the item is not associated with perceptions of the federal government’s leadership, after taking into account the other items.
