This list is not a comprehensive inventory of statewide policy changes. Bills are grouped by general category but specific details of policies vary widely. ADU = accessory dwelling unit. Housing on land owned by faith-based organizations is sometimes referred to as “Yes In God’s Backyard” (YIGBY).
