Results are weighted using the final survey weights. Responses are based on a five-point agreement scale where 1 = Completely in agreement and 5 = Completely disagree. “Agree” combines respondents who selected Completely in agreement or Somewhat agree (1–2), “Disagree” combines Somewhat disagree and Completely disagree (4–5), and “Neutral” corresponds to value 3.
The mean represents the average response on this 1-to-5 scale. Lower mean values indicate stronger agreement with the statement, while higher mean values indicate stronger disagreement.
