Comparison of Cell Population Frequencies Preserved by TokuKit: Cyto-Chex vs. Sodium Heparin

This plot shows the difference in population frequencies between two blood preservation conditions:
Standard TokuKit Protocol: Blood collected in a sodium heparin vacutainer and fixed with TokuKit after two hours.
Collect in Cyto-Chex, preserve with TokuKit: Blood collected in a Cyto-Chex tube and fixed with TokuKit after 48 hours.

Replicate samples from three healthy donors were collected under each condition and analyzed on a 25-marker spectral flow cytometry panel.

The bias line (y = 0.04) shows the average difference in immune cell population frequencies across all populations. 95% of the cell population frequency differences fall between the lower and upper limits of agreement (y = -1.02, 1.108).

Bias: 0.040 | Lower LOA: -1.02 | Upper LOA: 1.108
