Survey respondents were asked which of the following three statements reflects their personal opinion: 1. Expanding high-quality, affordable early learning and child care programs will make our economy stronger by ensuring all parents can get back to work and that kids start school ready to learn and succeed; 2. Expanding high quality, affordable early learning and child care programs may help parents and benefits kids, but it will not have any meaningful impact on Colorado's economy; 3.
