Chart 2: We might have produced a whole lot more than reported

Annual aggregates production, millions of tonnes

No data was produced in 1997. Estimates corrected for underreporting upweights the published aggregates production to correct for response rates of less than 100%. No adjustment is made for before 2012, as response rates are not available and less information about the survey at that time is available too.
