East Asian countries excel at international test

Top ten scorers in each subject of the PISA, out of 91 regions

A table showing the countries that ranked in the top 10 on the PISA test in math, science, reading, and computational problem solving. China, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and Estonia had the strongest educational systems.

The four Chinese provinces which participated were Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang. An asterisk means the country did not meet PISA sampling standards; interpret with caution.
