Base pay for women's basketball coaching staff

Over the past several years, the base pay for Iowa women's basketball head coach Lisa Bluder and associate head coach Jan Jensen has been slowly increasing over the past several years. In 2020, both coaches saw a dip in pay as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic altering the state of college athletics.
