2024 Harmonized Training Program (HTP)

The Harmonized Training Program (HTP) presents in detail the sequence of activities for the delivery of learning services outside formal education within a calendar year. The learning services included in the HTP are identified through a structured Training Need Analysis (TNA), performed by EMSA and are approved by the Administrative Board on an annual basis.

Online asynchronous learning refers to interactions where facilitators and learners are not online at the same time, so the learning process is self-paced by students.
Online synchronous learning relates to interactions where facilitators and learners must share the same online spaces at the same time for learning to take place.
