5-Year Relative Growth Index

The "Relative Growth Index" is a measure of the growth in jobs relative to the number of jobs in each city. For example, a city with 1,000,000 jobs that grows by 10% is more impressive than a city with only 50,000 jobs that grows by the same 10%. Lower = better.
