Condo owner insurance cost changes

After a slight decrease in the fourth quarter of 2024, the average premium that Florida condo unit owners pay for insurance edged back up during the first quarter of 2025. Figures shown in this table show changes in average premium and policy count for owner-occupied condominium units since June 2022.
