The chart shows 5 lines, each representing a different group of states. The states with no early end to unemployment benefits have been consistently below the April baseline. On June 19, it was about 1% below baseline. The group of states with a June 12 end and the group of states with a June 19 end show increases above the baseline in mid-May, hitting as high as 4%. But those states are now back below the baseline, at -4% and -1%, respectively. The last two lines show the group of states with a June 26-30 end and a group of states with a July 3-10 end. Those two groups of states have been above the baseline fairly consistently since mid-May, hitting as high as 4%. But in more recent days they've been trending back down to the baseline, and stand at about 1% above baseline as of June 19.
