Source: ECFR polling in September and October 2023. Based on responses to the question: "Which of the following issues has, over the past decade, most changed the way you look at your future?" Population-weighted average across nine EU countries polled was used to calculate the share of different constituencies in the EU27’s voting age population of (then) 372 million.
