Ruidoso bridges still unfixed since 2008 hurricane aftermath

These six bridges were damaged in Hurricane Dolly in 2008 and were still in need of repairs when the 2024 South Fork and Salt Fires rolled through and caused flash floods and debris flows. The state is calling on FEMA to allow the bridges to replaced based on the most-recent disaster.
