With new COVID-19 cases spiking in parts of the United States, Connecticut, New York and New Jersey have started to restrict travelers from impacted states. States where visitors will be required to self-quarantine are those who have a 10 percent or higher positivity rate, or a rate higher than 10 per 100,000 residents.
