Thomas takes aim at Court's other Civil Rights Rulings

In his concurring opinion to the Supreme Court's decision that overturned Roe v. Wade, Justice Clarence Thomas wrote that the court must revisit a trio of other landmark cases decided using the same constitutional law as Roe.
