Note: *denotes pre-substitution (without accounting for a change in imports or purchases due to tariffs) average effective tariff rate as of July 13, 2025. Post-substitution (after taking into consideration the changes in imports of goods) average effective tariff rate is 19.73%, as of July 13, 2025. Average effective tariff rate is equivalent to customs duty revenue as a percentage of goods imports.
