Please note that prices are not inflation-adjusted and data is not available for certain subdivisions for certain years. Data on median square feet and median years are based on tax records. Also note that in neighborhoods with few sales, the change in the median price from year to year may reflect the type of houses sold rather than a neighborhood's overall price trend. Price per square foot can also vary within a neighborhood, for example, when one house is on a golf course and another is not, or one was sold for lot value and another was renovated.
