Bigger projects take lion's share of 10-year tax abatement

Most properties that receive Philadelphia's 10-year tax abatement are small, single-family homes. But a comparatively small number of high-value development projects – mostly hotels, apartments, or office buildings – will reap most of the actual tax benefit in 2020.
