Most Philly Precincts Don’t Have a Single Poll Worker Running for Election

Each of Philadelphia’s 1,703 precincts has three poll worker positions that is elected every four years. This year, 913 precincts — 53.6% — don’t have anyone who has filed nomination petitions to run for election.
