Dinkytown, adjacent apartments see rise in value amid new development
Properties in and around Dinkytown saw an increase in market value from 2022 to the 2023 assessment. The Fieldhouse and Identity Dinkytown properties' recent construction accounts for the drastic increase in value.
Two apartments were built recently and saw a massive change in value. Other apartments in the area saw slight increases.
