The first Indian school to make the FT's global MBA ranking did so in 2008 when the Indian School of Business placed 20th in the world. IIM-Ahmedabad was the first of the three IIMs on the list, gaining a ranking of 26th in 2013. The IIM in Bangalore joined the rankings party in 2014, achieving a rank of 68th, while Calcutta landed on the annual list just two years ago in 2016 with a rank of 95.
