Mayor Lori Lightfoot restricted Central Business District and Loop to people who work and live within the boundary. Essential workers are also allowed there. CTA transit is also limited. The area extends north to Division Street, south to 26th Street and west to Halstead Street, Milwaukee Avenue and Canal Street.
