Norwegians dominate mathematics and natural sciences

Doctorates awarded in mathematics and natural sciences in Norway by region of citizenship in the period 1990–2025. Norwegian nationals form the majority, followed by European nationals other than Norwegian. Nordic countries other than Norway account for only a small share.
