Source: The data is from The New York City Department of Buildings. It includes all five boroughs. The permits were issued between 03/01/24 and 03/01/25. Alteration and major alteration permits include the latest issued and renewal/re-issue permits for the initial filing where the registered architect is listed as the applicant. All firms were contacted, not all participated.
