East Grand Forks School District Referendum Question 3

Should the school board issue $10.9 million in building bonds? Funds would go toward an early childhood addition at New Heights Elementary School, and taxes would increase by $5 per month on a $300,000 home. Question 3 is contingent on the passage of Question 2.
