This category is a useful proxy for semiconductor manufacturing feasibility because it includes the North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code for 'Semiconductor and Related Device Manufacturing'. The feasibility metric builds on industry and workforce data from 2022; investment data is current to early June 2024.
