Where the Moving Atlanta Forward money has been spent, by council district

A recent audit of the Moving Atlanta Forward infrastructure bonds has revealed the city has spent less than 10% of funds overall, and that spending has been disproportionately lower in districts with higher poverty rates.
NOTE: Citywide projects account for $12,132,076 (or 19%) of the spending. Another $1,631,980 (2%) has been spent on multi-district projects.
