Protest charges

Police arrested protesters on suspicion of a variety of charges. This list reflects people arrested more than once over the last year whose cases were forwarded to prosecutors. Most of the cases involved multiple allegations and most have been dropped.

Other charges include assault in the fourth degree (3), use of electrical stun gun/tear gas/mace in the second degree (3), assault in the second degree (2), unlawful possession of a firearm (2), attempt to commit a class B felony (2), attempt to commit a class A misdemeanor (2), reckless driving (2), arson in the first degree (2), possession of a loaded firearm in a public place (2), unlawful possession of a destructive device (1), unlawfully possessing a graffiti implement (1), failure to perform duties of driver-property damage (1), disorderly conduct in the first degree (1), carrying a concealed weapon (1), pointing a firearm at another (1), arson in the second degree (1), unlawfully applying graffiti (1), assault in the third degree (1), giving false information to a police officer (1), arson & attempted arson* (1), escape in the third degree (1)
