Manhattan Residential Apartment Sales | January 25 - 31, 2026

The Manhattan residential sale market recorded 245 arm’s-length apartment closings last week, including 32 luxury sales above $3.9 million. Eight of the top ten sales were sponsor units or first-time resales in new developments. Of note, The Henry, a limestone-clad condominium designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects and developed by the Naftali Group, recorded seven closings totaling nearly $45 million. Additionally, 520 Fifth Avenue, 155 W68, and 720 West End Avenue each had three sponsor sales close during the week.
