In Philly Metro Area, Slightly More Moving Out Than Moving In

From July 1, 2020, to July 1, 2021, about 15,000 more U.S. residents moved out of the Philadelphia metro area than moved in, a statistic called net domestic migration. That is a small difference compared with the New York area, which had a net domestic loss of nearly 400,000 residents.
