Ages 17–34; smaller samples, so moves under ~5 points are noise. Between 2020 and 2024, under-35s who agree "people like me don't have any say" and didn't vote grew from 17.1% to 23.1%, and reported voting fell 8 points. The 2020 survey was fielded entirely online and 2024 partly in person, a shift that would, if anything, push both numbers the other way.
