Former Ukrainian politician shot dead in Madrid

Andriy Portnov, a former aide to ousted Ukrainian president Viktor Yanukovych, was shot outside the American School of Madrid, after dropping his children off at school on Wednesday morning. Police are still searching for the shooter and have not yet made any arrests.
