Development proceeding near Allianz Field

Properties adjacent to Allianz Field are being developed for use as commercial and public spaces, with streets being built to give access to the long-vacant lots. Construction begins this fall on the public plaza, sculpture garden, 14,000-square-foot playground and an office building.
