There are two tracts in Concord with all high-income white households and zero low-income Black households

For this analysis, “high income” corresponds to the 80th percentile of Concord’s household income distribution ($150,000 a year or more) and “low income” corresponds to the 20th percentile of the household income distribution ($30,000 a year or less).
