Unemployment and underemployment rates vary widely across majors

Underemployment rate is the share of recent graduates working in occupations where less than 50% of workers ages 22 to 64 have at least a bachelor's degree. The list of the above majors from most to least popular (based on the number of adults ages 22 to 27 holding degrees in that field) is: Psychology, Computer Science, General Business, Business Management and Administration, Biology, Communications, Economics, Nursing, Political Science and Government, and Sociology.
