NOTES: This figure shows the percentage of people who ever participated in Transitions, CTE, or any Transitions/CTE program. People can participate in more than one program during a prison stay. The N for the first column, equal to the number of people who participated in each employment program is 65,818 for Transitions; 38,667 for CTE; and 92,115 for at least one of either. The N for the second column, equal to the number of people initially assessed with medium or high employment needs, is 109,534. The N for the third column, equal to the number of people initially assessed with low employment needs, is 157,074. The N for the fourth column, equal to the number of people with no valid assessment, is 45,309. See Technical Appendix Table D2 for more detailed information.
