Pa. coronavirus reopening status by county: May 22, 2020

The coronavirus shutdown is ending in three rolling phases. On May 29, eight more counties (in orange) will enter the yellow phase and 18 will enter the green phase. The remaining red-phase counties are expected to go yellow by June 5.
