More than 96% of clients reported satisfaction with their UMAP experience. Respondents could select their level of satisfaction on a 5-point scale that offered options from strongly positive to strongly negative regarding the UMAP experience. Respondents were asked to consider the entire experience, including the application and intake process, orientation, social outings, care partner meetings, the condition of the building, the different modes of therapy, and more.
