Zabian's Fine Jewelry's parking spaces sparked a lawsuit 

Zabian's sued the Golub Corporation claiming it had a right to keep using the parking spaces (in red) since it had been for 41 years. The lawsuit ended in an undisclosed settlement, but Zabian's would purchase the property this past February.
