NOTE: Status of abortion as June 1, 2023. Medication abortion telehealth restrictions include: physician physical presence laws/ bans on telehealth provision of medication abortion, in-person counseling requirements, and ultrasound requirements.
*In Georgia, a 6-week LMP gestational limit is in effect.
In March 2023, WY legislature passed SF109, which prohibits the use of medication abortion drugs. Law is slated to go into effect July 1, 2023, and is currently being challenged in the courts.
